During my years owning a birth photography business in South Louisiana, I photographed over 350 births and maintained a high rate of repeat clients allowing me to be the only full-time birth photographer in Louisiana.

Today, my job is to provide marketing strategies for purpose-driven brands and promote their client experience, to increase word-of-mouth, visibility, and revenue.

A decade of running a small business as a photographer taught me that I couldn't do it all. Something was always on the back burner and constantly on my mind. Running the business got in the way of running the business.

I always knew I would be a photographer, but I didn't realize that being an entrepreneur would include many other tasks. Content writer, website designer, IT support, graphic designer, accountant, and marketing…. The list goes on! After a few years, I realized that my favorite part of running a business was providing a high level of service and providing great client experiences. This led me down a rabbit hole of learning about customer acquisition through marketing.
