Hi! I'm Joy.

My Louisiana clients already understand Lagniappe. It's a French word meaning "a little extra"  because marketing strategies are about providing a little something extra for your clients. Little details add up to big results.

In 2012, I started Cher Bebe Birth Stories, a birth photography business in South Louisiana. While in the thick of meetings, emails, photographing babies, editing, and managing daily tasks, I always needed more time. I loved creating a fantastic client experience. Still, it was frequently bumped off the task list.

After Covid closed the doors to the hospitals, I looked at my strengths and favorite parts of being a business owner and opened Lagniappe Creative. I aim to provide that something extra to your clients to promote your mission, encourage word-of-mouth marketing, lead generation, visibility, and increase revenue.

How It Works

Each client looks slightly different to reach specific goals and solve unique problems.


1. I'll take a 360º look at your current efforts. I'll look for missed opportunities or roadblocks to finding your services.


2. Next is our dream meeting, where I share the results and big ideas. At the end of the dream meeting, we have an overview of action items for updating your processes and reaching your target market. 


3. Now, we strategize! Before an influx of new clients, communication needs to be streamlined. All efforts are put into categories: Social Media, Website, Community Engagement, and Client Experience.


4. Time to implement your strategies. Website updates, social media, photography, videography, and client communication. Each project finally becomes a reality! 


5. Now it is time to follow analytics, stay updated, and reach your goals!
